Official rules of the “Genezys Competition — 2026 Sporting Event Weekend”

ARTICLE 1: Organising company

The company GENEZYS SAS, with a capital of €27,353.69, registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under number 920 557 287, whose head office is located at 93 Cours Berriat, 38000 Grenoble, contact email address contact@genezys-app.com, is organizing a free competition with no obligation to purchase entitled “Genezys Competition — 2026 Sports Event Weekend” (hereinafter “the Competition”).

Participation in this Competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 2: Duration

In accordance with article 5 of European Regulation 2016/679, personal data are:16 octobre 2025 à 00h01 (heure de France métropolitaine) et se termine le 31 décembre 2025 à 23h59.

Le tirage au sort aura lieu en présentiel le 6 janvier 2026 sous le contrôle de Mr Henri Mezaghrani, huissier de justice.

Le gagnant sera informé par e-mail dans les jours suivants le tirage.

ARTICLE 3: Terms and conditions of participation

1. This competition is open to all adult natural person (18 years of age or over), residing in a neighbouring French-speaking country : France, Belgium, Switzerland, Switzerland, Luxembourg or Monaco, with a valid Internet connection.
   
   
2. To participate, you must create a Genezys account via an affiliate link provided by one of the influencers participating in the game's launch campaign. Each person creating an account via the affiliate link (of one of the influencers participating in the campaign) must also check a box indicating that they accept the rules of the competition.
   
   
3. Not every person can own Only one Genezys account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in the automatic exclusion of the participant from the draw.
   
   
4. Participation is gratis, no purchase is required.

5. Registrations will be automatically taken into account as long as the creation of the account via an affiliate link meets the above conditions.

ARTICLE 4: Allocation

1. The prize at stake is a weekend sporting event of your choice from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (1 winner), of a maximum refundable amount of €1,000 (even if the beneficiary may spend more, the reimbursement of GENEZYS will remain limited to a maximum of €1,000).
   
   
2. The refund may cover transport, accommodation, catering, event tickets up to the limit of €1,000, upon presentation of valid supporting documents (invoices, tickets, expense reports).
   
   
3. The prize cannot be converted into cash or other forms of endowment.
   
   
4. The beneficiary must make the purchases himself, then submit the supporting documents to Genezys within 30 days after the event to get a refund.
   
   
5. If the total cost of reimbursable expenses is less than €1,000, only the actual amount will be reimbursed.

ARTICLE 5: Terms and conditions of the prize draw

1. Only one winner will be selected by Draw among eligible participants.
   
   
2. The draw will take place on January 6, 2026 under the supervision of Me Henri Mezaghrani, judicial officer.
   
   
3. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided when creating the account.
   
   
4. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, GENEZYS reserves the right to proceed with a new draw or to cancel the prize.

5. All other participants will be notified of their non-selection by email.

ARTICLE 6: Obligations of the winner

1. The winner must provide original supporting documents (invoices, tickets, expense reports) to GENEZYS to obtain a refund of up to €1,000.
   
   
2. The supporting documents must be legible, compliant, and date from 2026.
   
   
3. The refund will be made under 30 days maximum after receiving the supporting documents, by bank transfer by GENEZYS.
   
   
4. The winner is responsible for any additional costs over €1,000.
   
   
5. The reservation of the event, transport, accommodation, etc., is the responsibility of the winner until reimbursed.

ARTICLE 7: Limitation and exclusion

1. Any registration that does not meet the conditions (age, affiliate link, multiple account) will be considered void.
   
   
2. GENEZYS cannot be held responsible in the event of an input error by a participant (e-mail address, name, etc.).
   
   
3. In the event of force majeure or necessity, Genezys reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Competition, without being liable to the participants.

ARTICLE 8: Personal data

1. The information collected (e-mail, age) is necessary for the management of the Competition.
   
   
2. In accordance with the regulations in force (RGPD, Data Protection Act), each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose data concerning him.
   
   
3. The data will be kept for the time necessary for the organization of the Competition + the legal deadlines for verification.
   
   
4. Genezys undertakes not to resell this data and to use it only for the purposes of the Competition.
   
   

ARTICLE 9: Intellectual property and rights of use

The fact of participating in the Competition constitutes authorization for GENEZYS to possibly cite the name of the winner, publish a photo of the winner for the purposes of communicating the Competition, without this giving rise to separate remuneration.

ARTICLE 10: Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the Competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, in all their terms and conditions. These rules can be viewed at any time on the Instagram bio of the @genezys_xyz account or available on request at contact@genezys-app.com.

ARTICLE 11: Disputes/Applicable law

These rules are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the Competition, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the competent French courts will be those under the jurisdiction of the head office of GENEZYS (Grenoble).
